Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment on City Property

The City of San Antonio, through the Department of Resilience and Sustainability, is issuing Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals RFCSP 26-126 for the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment on City Property project. This turnkey initiative seeks qualified firms to provide comprehensive construction services, including planning, site assessment, engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning of electric vehicle charging equipment and its associated infrastructure. If authorized by the City, the scope may also extend to the operation and maintenance of the installed equipment. Proposals must be submitted via the SAePS portal by September 29, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time, and respondents must complete the City's vendor registration to participate. An optional pre-submittal conference is scheduled for September 21, 2026.
