Full Description

The project consists of installing the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) infrastructure for fleet use. This initiative is designed to create a fully operational system that will eventually support two dual ports, pedestal-mounted Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS). Note that the installation of the EVCS themselves is outside our current scope and may be handled by others at a later date. As part of this project, four parking stalls will be specially stenciled and restriped. Clear signage will be installed to indicate that these stalls are reserved for electric vehicle use, ensuring easy identification and proper use The project involves the installation of buried conduits, fixed bollards, wheel stops, and new electrical equipment, including all necessary wiring, to deliver a complete and functional system. Electrical power for the EVSE will be drawn from an existing source already available at the site. All aspects of the work, including waste disposal, will be conducted in strict compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. The work will involve pavement saw cutting, trenching, backfilling, and restoring the affected lot surface to its original condition once the installation is complete.
