Electrical Hardware (Stock)

The City of Tacoma has issued Request for Quotation TP26-0231N for the procurement of electrical hardware stock. The scope of work specifically includes 15 KV remote programmable controllers (SEL-734B) in full-size outdoor enclosures for 3-phase, 900 KVAR capacitor banks, as well as 15KV line post sensors for switched pole mount capacitor banks. All quotes must be submitted as F.O.B. Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed, with materials delivered to the Power Warehouse in Tacoma, Washington. If a specific delivery date is not provided by the vendor, the default delivery term is two weeks after receipt of order. To be considered responsive, vendors must submit their bids using the official City of Tacoma bid solicitation form and include a mandatory signature. Bidders are required to select from the approved manufacturers listed and must circle or underline the quoted part number and manufacturer; failure to do so may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. Substitutions are not permitted at the time of award. Responses must be submitted by October 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM via email to sendbid@tacoma.gov or physically delivered to Anela Olson at the ABN 4th Floor NE office. This procurement is governed by the City of Tacoma Standard Terms and Conditions.
