Electrical, HVAC, Lumber, and Plumbing Parts and Supplies (% Discount)

The intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a firm-fixed percentage discount for Electrical, HVAC, Lumber, and Plumbing Parts and Supplies, along with all related equipment and accessories and to establish a reliable source of supply that supports the ongoing maintenance, repair, and construction activities performed across the facilities operated by the District on behalf of the School Board of Volusia County, Florida. The successful Bidder(s) shall furnish parts and supplies that meet or exceed industry quality standards at the percentage discount specified herein during the term of the agreement to be used on an as needed basis by the District. The performance of the successful Bidder(s) and the quality standards of service shall be in accordance with the terms of the specifications set forth herein. Bidders may submit firm fixed percentage discount for one or more categories, and award may be made by category, by section, or in whole, as determined to be in the best interest of the District.
