The Canadian Space Agency wants to retain electrical maintenance and repair services forThe David Florida Laboratory (DFL) in Ottawa, on an as and required basis, for a variety of renovations,maintenance. repairs and retrofits. Period of the ContractFrom April 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024 Optional periods(s)This request is for the award of an eighteen (18) month contract, with four (4) irrevocable optionsof one (1) year each, which allows Canada to extend the term of the contract. Work locationThe work will take place at the David Florida Laboratory (3701 Carling Avenue, CP11490, Succ.H, Ottawa, Ontario, K2H 8S2)Security RequirementThere are security requirements associated with this requirement. Optional site visitIt is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements havebeen made for the site visit to be held at the David Floriday Laboratory (3701 Carling Avenue, CP11490,Succ. H, Ottawa, Ontario, K2H 8S2) on February 23th, 2023. The site visit will begin at 13:00 EST,in Building 65 Main Lobby located off parking lot p-9.Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 11:00 EST on February 22,2023 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend, security requiresnames a minimum of 24 hours beforehand. Bidders will not be allowed to attend the site visit if theyhave not been pre-approved and listed for access.
