Installation must occur within weekday hours from 08:00 to 16:00 local time and is prohibited on U.S. and German public holidays. All work will be inspected and formally accepted at the site by a designated government representative, with full debris removal required prior to acceptance. Security access to Ramstein Air Base requires advance coordination with the Air Terminal Force, though no formal clearance level is mandated.
