Electrical Performance Monitoring System

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), under the Department of Commerce, is seeking market information for a commercially available Electrical Performance Monitoring System to support the CHIPS Metrology program, specifically Grand Challenge 3, Project 10, focused on reliability testing and modeling for advanced packaging. The system must be a new, modular DC source and electrical analyzer capable of rack or bench operation with at least eight independently programmable output channels, each providing a minimum voltage compliance of 50V and 100W of output power, and must support four-wire remote sensing for precise measurements of solder joints including ubump, TSV, and C4 bump in 2.5D semiconductor devices. The system must integrate with an existing switch/multiplexer-based digital data acquisition system and accommodate user-provided external 4-terminal precision current shunts. Software must enable long-duration automated testing, channel control, fault logging, and time-stamped data export with multiuser support.
