General Requirements:The work covered under this project at Dipper Harbour, located in St John county, New Brunswick consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for electrical remediation to the wharf structure located at Dipper Harbour Wharf, NB., in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and condition of this contract. The work consists of but is not necessarily limited to the following; supply and installation of new electrical services on the wharf and floats as indicated on the plans or as directed by the Departmental Representative, supply and installation of new electrical building, removal and disposal of all existing electrical equipment including abandoned wire and conduit of all obsolete equipment unless indicated otherwise.Contract includes mobilization and demobilization all equipment necessary to make work progress for the entire contract. This project will be measured for payment in a lump sum type contract and the scope of work will be verified against our set deliverables listed in our OPC, provided by our design consultant.
