The project is expected to include, but is not limited to, electrical wiring and the installation of circuit breakers. This will be a firm-fixed-price contract. The anticipated period of performance is 30 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued on or about September 13, 2019. The RFQ will be issued as a total small business set-aside. It is anticipated that award will be made on or about September 27, 2019. It is anticipated that quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The applicable NAICS code is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The corresponding small business size standard is $16.5 million. The estimated price is between $100,000 and $250,000. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be considered for award, vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
