Minor repair, maintenance, replacement or installation of electrical equipment including but not limited to the following: • Electrical service equipment (i.e. panels, branch circuitry, breakers, switches and fixtures) • Motor Control Centers (various brands i.e. Siemens, Eaton, Square D) • Modify, replace, and troubleshoot motor starting methods; such as Frequency Drives, Soft-Start; Autotransformer, and Across the Line. • New instrumentation installations and repair, replace existing pressure transmitters, flow meters, and ultrasonic technologies. • Generator systems including Russ electric switchgear and Westinghouse powered breakers type DS. • Extend existing circuits to provide power to workstations, offices, interior and exterior areas. • Lighting systems all areas including office, common areas, exterior plaza and parking lot, wastewater wet wells • Troubleshoot, inspect and/or replacement of 120 -208 & 277-480 volt service equipment • General wiring & ground faults (interior/exterior). • Small tenant improvement wiring needed to relocate existing workstations. • Demountable office furniture trouble-shooting, repair (wiring only). • Be able to work up to heights of 100 ft. • Trained in confined space & Lock/Out-Tag/Out procedures. • Work in confined spaces; such as, water control vaults and wastewater wet wells, etc.. • Experience with and perform work in Class 1, Division 1 classified areas. • Familiarity and limited repair activities with Remote Telemetry Units (RTU). • Provide proper PPE , Arc Flash gear, eye protection, • Provide documentation of training of specialty works training , high voltage splicing, confined space , Scissor lift operation.
