The contract is for the procurement of 10 units of electrocardiograph electrodes and defibrillation pads specifically designed for use with the Cardiac Science Powerheart G5 automatic and semi-automatic AEDs. Each unit must meet a 24-month shelf life requirement, with no more than three months allowed to have elapsed from the date of manufacture to the date of delivery to the government. Packaging must adhere to commercial standards as defined in the procurement document, with each unit sealed in a protective container and packed in suitable commercial shipping containers capable of ensuring safe delivery at the lowest cost to the designated FPO destination. The solicitation mandates strict adherence to technical and quality requirements outlined in the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, identified by R or I numbers, and prohibits the use of additive manufacturing unless explicitly authorized. Offers must include a Safety Data Sheet for each item, and failure to submit this prior to award renders the offer nonresponsible.
