The contract is for the procurement of 12 boxes, each containing 12 peripheral nerve stimulation electrodes, identified by NSN 6515-01-652-6835 and solicitation number SPE2DS-26-T-296V. Each electrode is designed for iontophoresis drug delivery and pain management, featuring a conformable design for hard-to-fit anatomical areas, an easy-fill window, a highly absorbent drug matrix that eliminates the need for hydrogel, a large active surface area, and a pH-buffered formulation that reduces skin irritation. The kits include an active drug delivery electrode, a return electrode, and an alcohol prep pad, with each box containing 12 treatment kits rated for 80 mA-min. The product is latex-free and must have a 48-month shelf life, with no more than seven months elapsed from manufacture to delivery to the government. Packaging must comply with commercial standards, using sealed unit containers and suitable commercial shipping containers to ensure safe delivery at the lowest cost, with all items marked in accordance with Medical Marking Standard No. 1, superseding MIL-STD-129. Labels must clearly display the NSN, manufacturer and CAGE code, date of manufacture, expiration or retest date, and contract or lot number. The delivery deadline is 20 days after order award, with performance located at Quantico, Virginia, under the oversight of the Department of Defense’s Medical Supply Chain. Bidders must provide the source and part number being offered, and all technical and quality requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements applicable as of the solicitation’s issue date.
