The current approved source is Communications Power Industries (CAGE 06980) Quantity: Anticipated type of contract is an IQC. Items to be shipped to various military depot locations within established minimum and maximum quantity limits on an as needed basis. Unit of Issue: EA Destination Information: FOB Origin - Stock Only Delivery Schedule: See RFP The LTC will be a total of 3 years. The solicitation will be available on DLA's Internet Bid Board Site (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/) on or about 08/15/2017. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Far Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in this solicitation for the described supplies. However, interested persons may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 dats notice. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. (X) While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. (X) The acquisition of these items is controlled by qualified products list (QPL) procedures. Competition is limited to sources that are listed on or qualified for listing on the applicable QPL at the time of award. Communications Power Industries (CPI) (06980) is currently the only source listed on the applicable QPL. The proposed acquisition will be solicited unrestricted with full and open competition and will be awarded all or none by NSN, with each line being awarded as one single NSN. (X) The scope of this acquisition is for a firm-fixed price, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15; Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for the procurement of three National Stock Numbers (NSN)s. The Government is pursuing a long-term contract, for the duration of a three-year base. The total contract value is not to exceed $2,696,447.29. This requirement is for DLA stock support in the continental United States (CONUS). At the time of solicitation there are 3 NSNs being procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP) - DLA Land and Maritime.
