The subscription period is for one year. Any firms believing that they can provide electronic access to all of the above AAAS publications may submit a written response to be received by the Contracting Officer no later than 7 calendar days from the publication date of this notice. The response must clearly demonstrate the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the journal content, causing programmatic hardship.
