NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT Electronic Calibration (ECAL) Module – Supply Arrangement E60HN-16ELEC/XXX/HN The Department of National Defence (DND) requires the purchase of an ECAL Module in order to support the measuring capabilities generated by Vector Network Analyzers. The terms and conditions of PSPC Supply Arrangement E60HN-16ELEC/XXX/HN apply to the solicitation and resulting Contract. Deliverables Item Description Quantity 1. Keysight 1x N4692D ECAL Module (OR EQUIVALENT) 1 Tendering procedures: All “Stream 2” Supply Arrangement E60HN-16ELEC/XXX/HN holders in the NCR (R3) Region are invited to participate in the solicitation. Delivery Date: 31 July 2023 Competitive Procurement Strategy: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all evaluation criteria to be declared responsive (compliant). The lowest priced responsive bid on an aggregate basis will be recommended for award of a contract. Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This requirement does not include security requirements.
