Full Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL bereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Taylor & Francis Group LLC as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(b), soliciting from a single source to satisfy agency requirements. A firm-fixed-price contract is anticipated. Taylor & Francis Group, LLC will provide access to the following materials: CLIN 0001 - Electronic Database Subscription for Europa World Plus to include "Nine (9) regional surveys of the World Online," which include: "Africa South of the Sahara," "Central and South-Eastern Europe," "Eastern Europe, Russia and Central Asia," "The Far East and Australasia," "The Middle East and North Africa," "South America, Central America and the Caribbean," "South Asia," "The USA and Canada," and "Western Europe." Two-year subscription for the period of 30 Sep 2012 to 29 Sep 2014. Quantity is one (1) EA. CLIN 0002 - Electronic Database Subscription for Routledge Politics & International Relations Resource Online. Two-year subscription for the period of 30 Sep 2012 to 29 Sep 2014. Quantity is one (1) EA. Firms responding to this notice are asked to provide the following information in their initial response: company's full name, business size, address, point of contact, and a clear indication as to whether or not they can provide the Electronic Database Subscriptions that the Government is seeking. Final responses to this will be due at 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST), on 20 August 2012. If no written responses are received by 20 August 2012; 2:00 PM CST, the contract will be awarded without further notice. As industry may expect to see portions of submitted information in future solicitations, portions of the response containing proprietary information should be clearly marked as such. Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents. Oral submissions of information are not acceptable and will not be accepted in response to this notice.
