CISA Electronic Key Management System Upgrade at Aviano Air Base, Italy

The Electronic Key Management System currently in use at the Aviano Dorms is outdated and failing to operate reliably, frequently locking up and preventing the creation of new keys or the reprogramming of malfunctioning or de-synced locks. Two of the four existing Key/Lock encoders are nonfunctional, significantly hindering operations and creating critical bottlenecks in access control management. This solicitation seeks information from potential vendors to support an upgrade to a modern, dependable system that will resolve these persistent technical issues and restore full functionality to the dormitory access infrastructure.
