Note to Bidders regarding previous solicitation: The original solicitation was issued on 2024/11/06 under number PR186951 (the “Original Bid Solicitation”). This revised bid solicitation cancels and supersedes the Original Bid Solicitation. Description: The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for Electronic Monitoring (EM) services and support across Canada for one (1) year with the option of up to two (2) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same conditions. Electronic Monitoring (EM) services and support consisting of providing electronic monitoring devices and related consumable hardware equipment, Providing a secure client monitoring Service Portal, Training, and Providing support services. Trade agreements: This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and all international free trade agreements including the World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA). Re-Solicitation documents: The Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be posted and available on CanadaBuys. Debriefings: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Security Requirements: There are no security requirements applicable to this requirement.
