The work includes adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations, and is governed by a Performance Work Statement that references detailed Technical Exhibits and inspection checklists for various door types. The contract has a base period from August 31, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with five optional one-year extensions through August 30, 2032, each valued at $1 million, leading to a potential total contract value of $5 million.
