EM Johnson WTP 605 High Service Pump Replacement

The City of Raleigh, North Carolina, is soliciting bids for the EM Johnson WTP 605 High Service Pump Replacement project under solicitation number 274-605PS. The scope of work involves upgrading critical infrastructure at the E.M. Johnson Water Treatment Plant, specifically replacing a 5 MGD pump and 450HP motor with a 15 MGD pump and 1000HP motor. Additional requirements include replacing circuit conductors with larger sizes, installing a new reduced voltage solid state starter to replace the existing auto-transformer starter, replacing the bridge crane hoist, and swapping the cone valve on Pump No. 2 with a ball valve.
