The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for EMB Lobby Painting Project the U.S. Embassy in Stockholm.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

The RFQ package is posted in the attachments. Please read the instructions carefully and complete everything highlighted in yellow. 

The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on 25th Aug 2026 14.00 local time at the U.S. Embassy in Stockholm. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact stkgsocontracts@state.gov by 19th Aug 10.00 with names of visitors and for additional information or to arrange entry to the building.

Quotations are due by 3rd Sep 2026 at 10.00 local time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
