Embroidery Machine

The Health and Human Services Commission of Texas is soliciting bids for a CHS2-1504-W All Servo Tubular Embroidery Machine equipped with a 10-inch touch screen control panel, 15 needles, and four heads, intended for use in the Central Rehab Client Workshop at Vernon State Hospital. The complete package includes an Otto Cap Kit with samples, a starter kit with backing, thread, scissors, bobbins, Chroma Inspire Digitizing Software, and a three-month subscription to the hoopmade embroidery design library master bundle, along with one day of onsite training. All items must be delivered as a complete unit with no split shipments unless specifically requested, and delivery must occur in Texas between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM on the appointed date, excluding the 11:00 AM to noon window, at the location specified on the purchase order. The contract term begins on the date of award and expires on August 31, 2026, with a possible one-year extension subject to funding and operational needs.
