This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Altus AFB has a requirement to upgrade energy management control systems (EMCS) for multiple facilities on Altus AFB, OK 73523. This project is for the EMCS controls at building 179 on Altus AFB. The EMCS tracers will help Civil Engineering at Altus AFB manage the heating and air controls easier and more efficiently. The EMCS tracers will also need warranty and after installation support. Trane has shown they are capable of being an approved source to provide and install the Trane EMCS tracers while also providing warranty and after installation support. Altus AFB already has Trane EMCS tracers, and the existing equipment that will have the new EMCS installed on it are all Trane products. Civil Engineering at Altus AFB already has the required training on the Trane EMCS products. The 97th Contracting Squadron intends to award multiple contracts for EMCS to Trane. Interested parties may e-mail Robert Burrier at robert.burrier.1@us.af.mil or Lori Clinton at lori.clinton@us.af.mil or send a fax to (580) 481-5138, Attn: Robert Burrier.
