The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service intends to award a firm-fixed price task order for design services to prepare construction plans and specifications for the Installation of an Emergency Generator at the Beneficial Insect Introduction Research Unit in Newark, Delaware. This task order will be issued against an existing contract which has already been competed under the Brooks Act and awarded as an Architect-Engineering Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contract.
