SYNOPSIS FOR EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER DIGITAL A/V UPGRADE The Installation Emergency Operations Center, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), New River, North Carolina has a requirement for the upgrade of existing audio visual (A/V) equipment in building AS-211 Emergency Operations Center aboard MCAS New River, North Carolina. The objective is for the contractor to remove the existing analog equipment, and design, program, provide, and install all components and related hardware/connections of a new digital A/V system, and provide a three (3) year maintenance and service agreement. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR part 13. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,250 Employees. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR part12 and 13. The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The solicitation No. M67001-16-T-0426 will be posted on or about 5 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.
