This Round is to reissue the solicitaton because of a change in the scope and dates of the project. This solicitation will be awarded to the supplier that submits the Quote that is the most advantageous to the State.In addition to the terms of this solicitation, the State of Ohio Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation. No other terms and conditions will be accepted. The awarded supplier will be required to sign a Contract for Services, an Affirmation and Disclosure Form, and, if applicable, the OPERS Independent Contractor Acknowledgment Form. This Contract is anticipated to begin December 1, 2026, but this date is subject to change. The Contract will expire at the end of the State fiscal year, June 30, 2027 but may be renewed for up to two additional one-year term(s) subject to appropriation of the Ohio General Assembly, the satisfactory performance of the selected supplier and the needs of the State.All Quotes must be submitted through OhioBuys. Quotes received outside of OhioBuys will not be considered.OhioBuys provides the primary platform for Supplier Partners to engage in procurement activities with the State of Ohio.
