This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number F3C1PS4240A001 is being issued as a Request for Quotation(RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. (iv) This acquisition is 100 percent set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 314999 with a size standard not to exceed 500 employees. (v) CLIN 0001 - Wiggy's Inc. Emergency Survival Clothing, Shelter, and Sleeping System. Features the following contents: Insulated, waterproof/water resistant/FR poncho (1) and pants (1) in the Multicam pattern. Poncho and pants are reversible (black) with international orange colored panels. Insulated Boot Covers (2), Insulated Mitts (2), Balaclava (1), Stuff sack (1) shall be water proof/water resistant in the Multicam pattern. Insulation must be made of continuous filament fiber material. All items must be vacuum packed in accordance with the specifications for the CNU-129/P Survival Kit.
