Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) solicits proposals from qualified vendors to provide approximately 800 "seats or licenses" for MCDPH employees to access a comprehensive mindfulness and wellness platform. This initiative aims to bolster employee well-being by facilitating access to evidence-based and evidence-informed mindfulness, resilience, and wellness resources and virtual workshops. Moreover, the Contractor will incorporate up to 24 Health and Wellness Workshops and 6 Leadership/DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) sessions as live virtual workshops per contract year. These services, funded through the Workforce Development Covid-19 Grant, are designed to offer stress management and resiliency support, particularly targeting MCDPH first responders and public health personnel involved in emergency responses. The overarching objective is to foster employee retention and deliver tangible benefits to the workforce to manage stress and increases resiliency. The desired solution shall include: Delivery of a comprehensive mindfulness and wellness platform hosted by the Contractor that demonstrates mental health outcomes grounded in evidence-based research. Seamless integration of the platform with Maricopa County's wellness resource page or other business application to optimize resource accessibility. It is our intent to award an initial 3-year contract beginning August 1, 2024, through July 31, 2027. If additional funds become available, any award resulting from this solicitation may be amended and/or extended based on the need for continuous services as well as satisfactory Contractor performance. Any additional deliverables or changes to the scope of work and/or compensation amounts, shall be subject to negotiation and approved by all parties.
