The Office of Community Services (OCS), administratively attached to the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (DLIR), is requesting proposals from qualified applicants to provide employment services to low-income persons and legal permanent residents. This is a State program funded by the Hawaii State Legislature. The contract term will be for one year from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026, with a possible extension for one additional year. Multiple contracts may be awarded under this request for proposals.
