This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Request for Quote (RFQ) F3F2EW9231AG01 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a RFQ.
