This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is a request for quotations, numbered W911WN-16-Q-0055. This notice is issued as a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 332312 with a small business size of 500 employees; all small businesses registered on WWW.SAM.GOV under NAICS 332312 are invited to submit quotes. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83 (eff. 1 Nov 15).
