The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is seeking to establish one National Standing Offer for the encasement of pre-existing badges for retiring members. The contract term will cover a firm period of two years, with the possibility of two additional option years. This procurement is specifically set aside for Indigenous businesses in accordance with the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). If multiple compliant Indigenous bids are received, competition will be restricted to those bidders, excluding non-Indigenous businesses. The procurement is also governed by several Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements relevant to various Indigenous groups. Bids must meet all mandatory technical criteria and will be evaluated primarily based on the lowest price among responsive offers. Submissions are to be sent to the RCMP contracting authority by the specified deadline and may be submitted in either of Canada’s official languages. The RCMP emphasizes compliance with supplier integrity policies and encourages environmentally friendly packaging in alignment with the Government of Canada’s green procurement initiatives.
