The Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) Purchasing and Contracting Office for United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) TN located at 3041 Sidco Drive, Nashville, TN 37204 is issuing an RFQ for commercial single award contract in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 336214 Travel trailer and Camper Manufacturing. This documentation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective date 03/13/2026. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract.  



This solicitation is a Small Business set-aside, restricted to offerors located  within the United States. 



 Vendor Quotes are due in this office no later than Thursday, 18 June 2026 at 10:00 AM Central Standard Time.  Vendors must submit quotes on time.  



SUBMISSION OF QUOTE REQUIREMENTS: 
Offerors are encouraged to visit and familiarize themselves with PIEE website to avoid technical difficulties submitting QUOTES documents before the due date/time. Technical issues are not an excuse for late submission. The prime vendor must be the same as the Proposal Manager in PIEE when submitting a quote.
