Request for Proposals - End User Computing Pre-Qualification ListAbout FCCFCC is Canada’s leading agriculture and food lender, with a healthy loan portfolio of more than $44 billion. Our employees are dedicated to the future of Canadian agriculture and food. We provide flexible financing, AgExpert management software, information and knowledge specifically designed for the agriculture and food industry. As a Crown corporation, we provide an appropriate return to our shareholder, and reinvest our profits back into the industry and communities we serve. For more information, visit fcc.ca.RFP Scope:FCC currently has one vendor providing End User Computing Services that include Mobile Device Management, End User Computing, Hardware Procurement, Managed Print Services, Application Management Services, Application Maintenance and SaaS Support Services.FCC has approximately 2800 end users that include employees and contractors. FCC has 100 sites across Canada but has a flexible work model of Work from Home (WFH) and in office presence that vendors would need to support. FCC currently uses Microsoft Surfaces and MacBooks for laptops and tablets, and iPhone and Samsung for mobile devices. FCC has also implemented Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI’s) through Amazon Web Services (AWS) for some remote users. Our Laptops and Desktops have Windows 10 and M365 subscriptions. FCC uses ServiceNow as their IT Service Management tool.FCC has a number of applications that are used on corporate devices with a mix being supported by 3rd parties and internally (which includes our End User Compute team). FCC values a positive customer experience and VIP service with an expected NPS score of 70.FCC, as part of this RFP FCC will add to a Pre- Qualified List of vendors for Innovative Initiatives with no determined number of vendors.RFP Notice Details & Considerations: Where a Proponent submits a Proposal under a previous or future instance of this RFP and has been advised by FCC that they have been selected to the PQ List, such Proponent is not required to re-apply. Where a Proponent submits a proposal under a previous or future instance of this RFP and has been advised by FCC that they have not been selected to the PQ List, such Proponent is eligible to re-apply to FCC in twelve (12) months from the date in which they submitted their Proposal. For clarity, FCC will track and provide notice to the Proponent on when they will be considered eligible to re-apply on future instances of this RFP. Proponents should note that this opportunity notice references a non-binding, competitive RFP, not a call for tenders. FCC is not obligated to proceed with the Work described in the RFP Scope and may cancel the RFP at any time. Additionally, FCC’s procurement process allows for negotiation between FCC and one or more Proponents, prior to awarding a Contract.
