Answer: IAW solicitation W81K00-18-T-M082, 252.225-7036 applies in its entirety (http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vmdfara.htm). Also, 252.225-7002 applies. This Clause was inadvertently left out of the solicitation. An amendment will be accomplished to add this in the solicitation. Also, 52.212-1 (c ), addresses SAM requirements. 2. Whether we need to come over there for meetings? Answer: IAW solicitation W81K00-18-T-M082,Contractor shall provide maintenance services for EACH in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Contractor shall provide maintenance services that includes all resources, labor, travel, transportation, parts, materials, equipment, and management necessary to keep the medical equipment in good operating condition and to perform all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. 3. Can we perform the tasks (related to RFP) outside USA (like, from India or Canada)? Answer: IAW solicitation W81K00-18-T-M082,Contractor shall provide maintenance services for EACH in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Contractor shall provide maintenance services that includes all resources, labor, travel, transportation, parts, materials, equipment, and management necessary to keep the medical equipment in good operating condition and to perform all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
