This pre-solicitation notice is to notify all interested businesses that a Request for Quote will be issued on or about March 18, 2025. Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) requires a contractor to provide and assemble a multi-OR Video Integration System and endoscope surgical towers (towers) that allow for mobility, safety, and accuracy, when used in procedures, such as laparoscopic, cystoscopic, ENT, and arthroscopic cases, without causing risk to patient and VA staff, maintaining reliability, and longevity. Additionally, the needed equipment will provide patients and providers access to up-to-date visualization and access to standards of care adjuncts, including ICG imaging. The Video Integration System will permit surgeon profiles to be saved, per room, per procedure, to effectively manage capture of images from the endoscopes, in-light cameras, and display images on either endoscope carts, boom mounted monitors, and/or field (wall mounted) monitors. Point of contract for this Request for Quote is Amelia Roberson at contact@example.gov Any inquiries shall include the Request for Quote number 36C24W25Q0074_1 in the subject line of the email.

Solicitation # 36C24W27Q0012
The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration is conducting market research via a Sources Sought notice for the procurement of brand name ScriptPro pharmacy workstations, kiosks, and medication dispensing units for the Oakland VA Health Care System in California. This is a Firm Fixed Price requirement intended to identify capable manufacturers or distributors who can provide exact match or functionally equivalent equipment. The scope includes the purchase, delivery, assembly, and installation of three pharmacy workstations, three Zebra ZD621-2P printers, three Rx paperwork printers, one pharmacy patient kiosk, one Eyecon Model 9430, and specific pharmacy server software. To ensure compatibility with existing systems, the requirement is designated as brand name only, though equal products may be considered if they meet all salient physical and functional characteristics. Contractors must adhere to rigorous security standards, including FIPS 140-2 and NIST 800-52 compliance, and utilize VA-authorized technical security baseline configurations. Deliveries must be coordinated with 24-hour advanced notice and may involve working within active construction sites, requiring compliance with safety protocols such as the use of hard hats and safety vests.
