DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Department of Veterans Affairs (NCO 1), VAMC WRJ 163 Veterans Drive, White River Junction, VT 05001-0001, has a requirement for a Service and Maintenance Contract for the preventative and corrective maintenance for the EndoSoft Endoscopy system. Services will include remote software service and support for the PACS information system used at the White River Junction (WRJ). These services include installation, configuration, technical support, software upgrades, and repairs for all EndoSoft software components.


The purpose of the service contract is to maintain the current EndoSoft software license, which supports an endoscopy‑specific electronic health record solution used in medical offices and hospitals. The system connects directly to the VA network and must meet Section 508 accessibility standards in accordance with VAAR 852.239‑76 (See attached SOW for full details).
