Requirement Transport Canada's Aircraft Service Directorate (ASD) is an Air Operator and Aircraft Maintenance Organization. ASD has a requirement for Engine Condition Trend Monitoring (ECTM) (i.e. the “Work”) for eight (8) General Electric CF-34-3B turbofan engines maintained by the End User for the benefit of the DND. The engines are currently installed on four (4) Challenger CL 600-2B16 aircrafts: • Two (2) CL604 • Two (2) CL650 The period of the subsequent Contract is at from 2024-01-01 to 24 months inclusive. Substantial Information Bidders must demonstrate their compliance with the following sections of the bid solicitation by providing substantial information describing completely and in detail how the requirement is met or addressed. Basis of Selection Bidder must demonstrate: 1. their compliance with section 4.0 of Annex A (Reference Documents); and 2. their capacity to carry out engine trend analysis on General Electric, CF-34-3B model engines, and must be able to provide proof, i.e. a sampling of current Bombardier Challenger CL 600-2B16 [CL-604 and CL-650] operators currently under contract with the Bidder. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. Enquiries - Bid Solicitation All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date.
