FA8620-15-G-4052-0003 This is a pre-solicitation synopsis. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Medium Altitude UAS Division intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Honeywell International Inc. Aerospace Phoenix. This effort is to deliver commercial off-the-shelf Special Test Equipment (STE), Support Equipment (SE), tooling, fixtures, spares/repair parts, training courses. This effort is in support of the stand-up of the organic depot maintenance/repair capability at Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC) for the TPE331-10 YGD (T102-HW-100) Propulsion Engine System. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Honeywell International Inc. Aerospace Phoenix is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the TPE 331-10 YGD (T102-HW-100) Propulsion Engine System and has been identified as the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience and technical data required to perform this effort. The Government does not own full data rights for the system; therefore to avoid duplication costs, the Government intends to award the effort pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
