Engineered Wood Fibre (EWF) Supply and Installation - Various CNV Parks ITQ

The City of North Vancouver is seeking quotations for the supply, delivery, placement, and installation of Engineered Wood Fibre (EWF) at various playground and dog park locations within its parks and recreational facilities. All work must be completed by December 31, 2026. The successful contractor is responsible for providing new materials installed to required depths according to manufacturer specifications, as well as removing all construction debris. The city prefers a five-year manufacturer warranty on materials and requires a minimum one-year warranty on workmanship and installation. Payment is based on hours worked multiplied by the hourly charge-out rates provided in the proposal, with total fees not to exceed agreed amounts. Bidders must provide a City of North Vancouver Business License and a WorkSafe BC Commercial General Liability Certificate of Insurance with at least 5 million dollars in coverage. The evaluation process is based on weighted criteria, and the lowest quote will not necessarily be accepted. Proponents must also adhere to the City's Sustainability Policy, Supplier Code of Conduct, and Living Wage for Families Campaign, while complying with various Canadian and British Columbian environmental and labor laws.
