CRS - Wireless Intercom Link Systems
Solicitation # W50S7V26QA002
The 181st Intelligence Wing of the Indiana Air National Guard intends to pursue a sole source procurement under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for Invisio communication kits due to the unique and highly specialized nature of the required equipment, which is incompatible with any other manufacturer’s products and specifically designed to integrate with existing government-owned headsets. The requirement includes two Invisio Link Station main units, sixteen Invisio Link Dongles for operator use, two power cables, and thirty-seven power supply batteries to support mobile operations in tactical environments. The system enables up to sixteen personnel to communicate seamlessly using proprietary bone conduction microphones and in-ear hearing protection technology, ensuring compatibility with current military headsets that no other vendor can replicate. The U.S. government has determined that only Invisio Communications Inc. can satisfy this requirement, eliminating the need for competitive bidding. All responses must be submitted as capability statements via email in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format to keith.parker.4@us.af.mil no later than 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on June 5, 2026, with total attachments not exceeding 10 MB. The government will not consider submissions that merely request additional information or documentation, and offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their submissions prior to the deadline. No solicitation document exists, and no evaluation factors, inspection criteria, or contract clauses are defined at this stage as the procurement will proceed as a sole source if no competing capability statements are received. The contract, if awarded, will be a firm fixed price arrangement with performance occurring in Terre Haute, Indiana, under the administration of 1st Lt Jacob Johnson as the contracting officer. All costs associated with preparing and submitting a response are borne entirely by the offeror, with no reimbursement from the government. The NAICS code for this action is 334220, and the solicitation number is W50S7V26QA002.

Solicitation # N0001926R0009
The U.S. Naval Air Systems Command, on behalf of the Tactical Airlift Program Office PMA-207, is soliciting competitive proposals under Solicitation N0001926R0009 for Engine Module Repair Services for the C/KC-130 air vehicle. This is a full and open competition conducted under FAR Part 15, with the intent to award a single-source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year base ordering period and an option to extend. The scheduled award date is during the second quarter of FY2026, and responses are due by 04:00 PM ET on January 8, 2026, with the solicitation active as of May 21, 2026, under Amendment 0002. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the U.S. Government PIEE website using prescribed file naming conventions, and classified material is strictly prohibited; submissions must be unclassified. Access to critical attachments — including the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1), Contract Data Requirements List (Exhibit A), and Attachment L-7 — is restricted due to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and requires a written request including the company name, address, and validated CAGE Code from SAM.gov, submitted to Contract Specialist Stephanie Savage. Offerors must ensure any distribution of CUI to subcontractors or partners complies with "need to know" principles and flows down all handling, distribution, and destruction requirements. The contract includes the mandatory FAR clause 52.222-90, which prohibits federal contractors from engaging in discriminatory diversity, equity, and inclusion practices based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin in hiring, promotion, or resource allocation, with noncompliance subject to contract termination, suspension, or False Claims Act liability. This clause must also be flowed down to all subcontractors, except those performing exclusively outside the United States, and contractors are required to report any subcontractor violations or related litigation to the Contracting Officer. Compliance with CUI handling protocols is required throughout the supply chain. The primary place of performance is Patuxent River, Maryland, with all work expected to occur within the United States. While the solicitation specifies an IDIQ structure with no predefined contract value, it lacks detailed information on evaluation factors, pricing, payment office details, invoicing systems, inspection locations, or delivery terms, as these are contained

Solicitation # N00019-26-SIMACQ-TPM272-0236
The Naval Air Systems Command at NAS Patuxent River, Maryland, plans to issue a sole-source contract modification to BAE Systems in Nashua, New Hampshire, under Basic Order Agreement N00019-22-G-0009 and delivery order N00019-24-F-0125 to secure technical support for integrating the AN/ALE-55 Electronic Frequency Converter, Fiber-Optic Towed Decoy, and Dual Band Decoy with the Advanced Electronic Warfare system. Responses must be submitted in writing via email to Kathleen Erickson or Jessica Guy-Dietrich by the deadline of August 22, 2026, and no phone inquiries will be accepted. The procurement is categorized as a presolicitation under NAICS code 334511 with no set-aside provisions, and performance will occur in New Hampshire though the contracting office is located in Maryland. Companies seeking subcontracting opportunities should contact BAE Systems’ Contracts Manager Bryan Dufour directly.
