It is the District's intent to contract with an Engineering Firm which will serve as District Engineer provide complete professional services necessary to research, assess, plan, locate, design and administer the construction and improvement district activities necessary to construct roadway improvements on Front St from N. Alamo Ave to N. Virgin Acres Blvd within the District boundaries in the Beaver Dam, Littlefield area in northern Arizona area. It is the District's expectation for the Engineering Firm to retain and contract with District bond council and financial consultant for purposes of the District Engineer administrating demand for payment and, as necessary, issuance of improvement bonds for all expenses related to design, construction, and administration of the Work.
