Place of performance is at the Northrop Grumman Amherst Systems facility. The requirement is for a basic 24 month period of performance. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Solicitation is expected to be released on or around 5 Aug 2011, with response due 30 days after issuance of solicitation. The RFP will NOT be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
