The AFSC/PZABB Electronic Warfare Sustainment office intends to award a follow-on definitive contract for engineering services to provide depot support for the AN/ALR-56C Radar Warning Receiver installed on F-15, F-16, and C-130 aircraft. The government intends to solicit and negotiate this Firm-Fixed Price contract with BAE Systems as the sole source, as the government does not currently own the necessary data rights to contract repairs from other sources. The proposed award will consist of a five-year base period with four one-year options. The current contract, held by BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc., is valued at approximately 3.36 million dollars and is projected to end on September 27, 2026. While the government is pursuing a sole-source acquisition, this action includes the development and delivery of technical data to enable future competitive procurements. Interested parties may submit capability statements or proposals for consideration, though the final decision to compete the contract remains at the government's discretion.
