The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Orlando is soliciting quotes for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) spares to support the P-8 training system’s Automated Readiness Measurement System (ARMS) and Next Generation Training System Support Center (NGTSSC).
