The USDA Forest Service, National Forests in Florida intends to make a sole source award for short term, temporary engineering support services to Esteban Rodriguez. This notice is for information purposes only. The project consists of providing current expert engineering advice and guidance to assist with ongoing engineering design projects on the Osceola and Ocala National Forests. Due an extremely heavy engineering workload it is critical to the organizational mission to temporarily obtain the services of someone with expert engineering knowledge and skills and who is thoroughly familiar with the ongoing design process to assist in completing several critical engineering projects. Services are also needed for advice and guidance on several ongoing construction project changes and design approvals. The proposed contractor has current expert knowledge and familiarity with these engineering projects, various facilities, systems, programs, and points of contact to expedite completion of the required projects.
