This requirement is open ONLY TO INDIGENOUS TBIPS SA Holders under EN578-170432 who qualified under Tier 1 and under the following categories: P.1 Change Management Consultant (Level 3) P.9 Project Manager (Level 3) P.10 Project Scheduler (Level 3) Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) requires the services of Project Managers Consultants (Level 3), Project Scheduler Consultants (Level 3), and Change Management Consultant (Level 3) on an as and when requested basis, to provide leadership, coordination, and specialized expertise in the implementation of a variety of major projects in all ESDC branches. These roles will support the internal project teams in achieving successful project delivery while managing schedules and facilitating change within the organization. Each role will support investment portfolio projects and investment fund projects, focusing on their respective areas of expertise to ensure the development of professional-level project management plans, schedules, and change management strategies. Here is the list of ALL INDIGENOUS TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 1 under the EN578-170432 series of SA's are invited to bid on this requirement: 1.
