The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to provision goods (software and hardware) and services from the Contractor in order to implement a modern Enterprise Key Management System (eKMS). This eKMS involves cabinet level card access with a centralized system that can manage all Enterprise Data Centers (EDCs), while allowing delegated regional access through Role Based Access Control (RBAC). The eKMS would allow full monitoring of who, when, why, and how long somebody accesses any cabinet in any EDC. It must provide full control on who can access specific cabinets and allow for the quick revocation of this access when and as required. SSC’s Security and/or Facilities group could be easily notified in real time via various channels (email, text) of any unauthorized access or attempted access. Finally, a full reporting and auditing function would be included in the eKMS that would allow for trend analysis and security incident management. The eKMS would also be able to integrate into future security or management systems such as security camera systems (i.e Cameras triggered upon cabinet access) or a Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) system.Amendment 1: The amendment is issued to Publish Canada's responses to potential Respondent's questions and to add an attachment to the RFP.
