AI Contract Overview
The United States Space Force Space Systems Command is seeking a System Integrator (SI) to support the Enterprise Management and Control (EM&C) program. The SI will serve as the technical integrator and operational execution engine, responsible for planning, executing, and validating integrations between the EM&C platform and external programs and data repositories, such as the Joint Management Tool and Unified Data Library. The SI will manage a microservice baseline deployed to a Microsoft Azure Impact Level 6 environment on SIPRNet and must remain strictly independent of core software developers and architectural governance to avoid organizational conflicts of interest. The government intends to award a contract to the most technically acceptable solution via a Commercial Solutions Opening on the Platform One Solutions Marketplace. The anticipated period of performance includes a 12-month base period followed by four 12-month option periods. Interested partners must submit a capabilities white paper and an awardable video to the marketplace by the end of October 2026. Evaluation will focus on relevant experience with DoD SATCOM software integration, DevSecOps toolchains, and the ability to operate within classified or secure environments, specifically requiring facility and personnel security clearances such as TS/SCI.
