The Contractor will suppliy and deliver compressed medical, industrial, and specialty gases and liquids to State locations statewide, provide and maintain all cylinders, valves, fittings, and related equipment (including cylinder sizes within +/-15% of requested capacity), perform routine deliveries during business hours and emergency deliveries within 24 hours when authorized, and issue packing slips that document container IDs, contents, status, dates, and signatures. The Contractor must fill State‑owned and customer‑owned cylinders, returns customer‑owned cylinders within agreed timeframes, and notifies agencies when those cylinders require re‑certification. The Contractor also supplies medical‑grade gases, provides and maintains specified liquid oxygen containers and portable carry‑all units, furnishes required gauges/flow meters, cylinder stands, and carrying cases at no additional cost, provide Safety Data Sheets with initial shipments and upon request, and cooperate in any contract transition to ensure uninterrupted service.
